Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing an e-design package from Petite Interior Co. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. ServicesPetite Interior Co. provides online interior design packages (e-design) for kids rooms, nurseries, bedrooms, and playrooms. All services are delivered digitally — no in-person consultation, installation, or styling is included unless explicitly stated.
2. Packages and PricingPackage details and pricing are as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Petite Interior Co. reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
3. PaymentFull payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely via credit card, Afterpay or Apple/Google Pay.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
4. What's IncludedEach e-design package includes the deliverables as outlined on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. This typically includes a mood board, 2D floor plan, shoppable product list, styling guide, and specified revision rounds.
5. RevisionsThe number of revision rounds included is specified in your package.
Additional revisions beyond those included may be available at an additional cost.
Revision requests must be submitted within [insert timeframe e.g. 14 days] of receiving your design.
6. Turnaround TimeEstimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on current workload and the complexity of your project

7. Client ResponsibilitiesTo deliver your design, you agree to:
- Provide accurate room measurements and photos in a timely manner
- Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide clear feedback during the revision process
Delays caused by late submission of required information may affect your turnaround time.
8. Refunds and CancellationsDue to the digital nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
If you wish to cancel before work has commenced, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
Petite Interior Co. will assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
9. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, and documents created by Petite Interior Co. remain the intellectual property of Petite Interior Co. until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the designs for your own home.
10. Limitation of Liability
Petite Interior Co. is not responsible for:
The availability, pricing, or quality of third-party products recommended in your design
Any loss or damage arising from the use of our designs
Delays caused by third-party suppliers or service providers
11. Product Recommendations
Product links and recommendations are provided in good faith based on availability at the time of design. Petite Interior Co. is not responsible if products become unavailable, discontinued, or change in price after delivery of your design.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
